We are very excited about the upcoming AACTFest and 9th Annual Conference that will be held on Friday, November 4 and Saturday, November 5, 2016.

Times are to be announced for Friday, as this day will be mostly tech rehearsals for the theatre companies that are entering a play in AACTFest. There will be a meet and greet the night of the 4th. The entire event will be held at The Studio Theatre in Little Rock.

The prices are as follows:

$45 registration for theatre companies entering a performance in the festival (separate from the individual registration fees)

$65 for ARCTA members - this includes the meet and greet Friday night, the business meeting Saturday morning, workshops, lunch, all performances, the award ceremony and the after party (all happening on Saturday, 11/5).

$80 for non-members of ARCTA - this includes all of the above, plus a discounted 2017 ARCTA membership (which will earn you the member's discount at the 10h Annual Conference in 2017).

$30 for workshops only

$15 for meals only

There are four companies entering a play in this year's festival:  The Lantern Theatre (Conway), The Little Theatre of Crittenden County (West Memphis), South Arkansas Arts Center (El Dorado) and The Studio Theatre (Little Rock).

In order to ensure that enough lunch has been ordered for everyone in attendance, please note that the deadline to submit your registration is two weeks before the festival (October 21). Please complete your registration form and send with your payment to the address on the form.

Walk-ins are absolutely welcome if you are not sure before the registration deadline if you can attend, but we may not be able to guarantee lunch will be available.
